This movie sucks, and I’m growing tired of the Glen Powell experience. Another bland white guy that Hollywood is trying to anoint as the next big star, except unlike Jai Courtney and Sam Worthington, I’m not sure he’s capable of rebranding himself as a character actor.

Otherwise the main girl had so much blood she would have been infected. Everyone seemed to have to die before getting infected for all we knew the dad was dead in morgue

(Thread): The hatred towards Joseph in Evil Dead Burn proves to me how the online world is filled with people who have no media literacy whatsoever. To them, every character has to be either this perfect angel, super badass and unproblematic, or toxic, useless, annoying and evil.

Evil Dead Burn is definitely not a movie for everyone; you need a very strong stomach to endure each scene because there is very strong content and themes, and it's fine that there are people who don't want to see it, but it's not a bad movie either; it addresses quite debatable issues that manifest themselves in any home.
There are truly some raw moments that were difficult to watch, especially if you've witnessed similar acts at home.
I hope you're prepared for the debates that will take place on Twitter, because there will be a lot of hate and pointless comments. Although that's just part of being a horror fan.

EVIL DEAD BURN’S color palette was phenomenally perfect. It lended itself to the feeling of a “FIRE AND ASH” type of atmosphere! It did the title justice!

@Brizksie I really appreciate how little of this movie was shown in trailers. Beyond the car scene where he makes the phone call, the trailers only featured quick, out of context flashes of the rest of the movie.

@SaifLovesHorror Well look on the basis that critics reviews movies, you can see why that one would have the lower score. But horror fans aren’t necessarily always in it for deep character or logic, they’re in it for the experience. On which point, 2013 delivers the best.
