@drdiego3 Honestly, I do some gesture practices like once a week? But that's not even close to the amount I should do. Apart from that, I combine a bunch of references and try to make it work lol A lot of trial and error

My online nickname is Phix in honor to my first dnd character! Phix made me so obsessed with art, I studied nonstop on my own to be able to draw her exactly how I imagined it, without her maybe I wouldn't draw at all? Who knows

@drdiego3 When I'm discouraged and feeling stuck I like thinking my younger self would be proud of the level we have accomplished 💖 so I trust my future self will be even more fulfilled ! Thanks for the interest! Really good questions, let me know if you ever want any art advice ^^

@Phix_arts That's incredibly inspirational. I kind of want to do the same thing now for my own character. When do we get more Phix art? Do you feel like you have attained the skill that you need to really bring your character to life or are you still working at it?

I did a silly goofy persona. I love my bby Phix but she doesn't represent me, she deserves to be her own baddie 🫡 this new one feels way more like me, i'd kill to have some dumb looking slippers like those lol

@Phix_arts The way I Googled "big pink goofy-looking bunny slippers" thinking I'd for sure find something like these only to find these adorable ones instead

@AylisNyang That's so dumb, all the details are carefully designed, nothing feels incoherent, I'm sure AI would've messed up the symmetry of the outfit, it is quite easy to tell it's handmade. Don't pay attention to it, people just attack without getting a closer look.

I posted this one on reddit and I was treated like a real piece of s*hit. What's wrong with this social media? Why am I called trash ai? How do I make my art not look like ai? I used real photos as ref for this one
