The inspector wouldn’t have been able to finish his report despite the fleas tho bc the gas STILL wasn’t on
This will be the third rescheduling due to the seller lying about the gas being on
And I’ll need to provide them with documentation to get them to pay the extra trip fee too of course

House update: inspection couldn’t be completed bc there’s a sudden FLEA infestation!!!
I literally walked all through that house a week ago and didn’t see a single flea. Then a few days later the inspector goes in there and his legs are covered in them!!
