art study of this yu yu hakusho art is done! took me like 9 hours LOL but im really happy with how it turned out. the improvement from kuwabara & yusuke to hiei & kurama made me realize that im actually improving even if its not super obvious to me!

day 6 of learning art! 👨🎨🎨 i didn't have time to draw today so all i got are sketches and a chibi of the wifey 😔 ill finish the velmoras art on saturday so hopefully it turns out nicely! would've finished it today but its already late and my ipad/pen are low on battery lol

i will say though this is probably a top 3 yyh art piece for me, its been on my inspiration board to learn how to draw for years so im glad i finally had the chance to draw it, thank you for making it! :)

day 5 of doing art!👨🎨🎨 i picked an art piece i liked & tried to imitate the art style! i think i did a good job but it took me 5 hours to finish, might have to practice getting alot of reps in tmrw 💀 anyways i finished Yusuke/Kuwabara today, hoping to do Hiei/Kurama next!

ok no more excuses, i bought an ipad pro and an apple pencil! i am ready to start my art journey! 👨🎨🎨

@PhoenixxVT Not gonna lie, I kind of wish I had gotten and Ipad instead of the android tablet, I didn't realize it would be a separate monthly subscription to use clip studio for tablets even if you own it for pc. Hella sucks. But ipads and the pen are too damn expensive too.

DAY 4 OF DOING ART!!!!👨🎨🎨 not gonna lie, im INSANELY happy with the chibi i did of myself, like i cant believe i made that with my own hands😭i combined 3 references together and was able to pull it off!! :D also i finally found a brush that i liked lol, indigo my beloved <3

i finally managed to make my apple pen work but now my problem is finding a brush that I like cuz these pencil brushes are not it LOL, also perspectives, noses and eyes are super hard to do so I’ll focus on that for tmrw!
