Problem with Moyes is we've seen it all before with him. It's nothing new it will be the same limitations next season with him. The same knife to a gunfight. Losing in the early stages of cups, not beating Liverpool. No subs until 70 mins, trusting his favourites.

@JezClein That result tonight will mean Moyes will go with that same starting XI unless Gueye is fit for Sunday now. Mr no risk won't change anything as in his mind will want to help West Ham.

Surely the club need to sound out Iraola knowing Moyes only has a year left. It would be criminal not to put the question to him. Can't stand still waiting for next summer. These opportunities may not come around.

Wanting more? How many other clubs would be happy dissatisfied with 5 wins from 19 games since the turn of the year and exiting both cups in round 3? As @Benjwinst repeats Everton's famous motto. In terms of stability we've finished mid table now 3 years running.

@MatthewKneale1 Exactly my thoughts as well. Been saying it all season. No wonder the senior players are all behind Moyes. They play regardless and hardly ever subbed as well. No way is it sustainable younger lads just won't join or want to leave. Be surprised if Armstrong stays.

@Tony_Scott11 @JezClein Probably had what 2 or 3 decent home games? Brighton Chelsea and maybe Forest. On the whole it's been dire at home. He sets up the same way regardless of opposition.

@JezClein @Tony_Scott11 Honestly believe the way the league has been this season any average manager would have us around mid table where we are. Moyes in my opinion did better the 6 months he came in last year. This season he has returned to type. Club need to move on without him.

@Tony_Scott11 the only players who left who had contributed were DCL, Doucoure and Young who rarely featured once Moyes came in anyway Other players were Broja, Chemiti, Mangala, Harrison, Lindstrom, Maupay, Holgate and a few goalkeepers who never played

@MattJFootball Find it all ridiculous this is all on the manager. No matter what he thinks his best 11 is you can't tell me that all those on the bench couldn't have helped the last 20 mins or so of alot of games. It's so frustrating for fans watching nevermind those squad players.

What on earth has gone on with Armstrong hardly played since mid Feb bar a few fleeting mins. Dibling a couple of minutes in injury time v Burnley not played since Brighton away. Aznou not a single minute in the league. Just bizarre yet we expect them to be ready for next season?
