Was writing this thought I would share 🤘🏽There is pain in working out. Pain in overthinking. Pain in relationships. Pain in friendships. Truth is, pain exists in almost everything worth pursuing. But growth in life requires a little blood, sweat, and tears and all of that comes with discomfort. So when you find yourself in a painful season, keep breathing and remember that struggle is often part of progress. No matter what, challenges will come, and you have to keep pushing, trusting that better days are often just around the corner. The moment you stop pushing yourself and avoid that uncomfortable, uncertain feeling is the moment growth slows down. Learn to sit with discomfort, push through it, and understand that not all pain is bad sometimes it’s the sign that you’re evolving.
