Well I actually would make the argument that there are elites that would like that too happen but that's a different argument. There are different things we can do, 1 of them is definitely not force anyone to have children. Im not saying that, but yes you should be shamed if you don't. As for things we can do, IVF, ending abortion, providing better child care and better tax incentives are good starts. But also to not embrace and act like people not having children is normal.

This is a response to both replies. Your first response, and I am just going to be quit frank with you, is just pure selfish. Because what they did, they did so the next generation would continue on and be better off than them. As for this tweet, I never said "one couple" not having children is the problem. And its ok to not know everything, I get it. You have a life to live and looking up stats can be annoying and boring. But it's not a small number that are not having children. There is only 1 developed nation that has a birth rate of above 2.0. That would be Israel. Every single other developed nation, and sum that are developing have less then 2.0. No nation or civilization on Earth has been able to survive that. Don't take my word it, look it up. The US has a birth rate of 1.6, even with immigration that is not something survivable. You may feel like people around you are having plenty of kids, but the data simply says otherwise.
