Potential workaround for anyone who has an issue joining a game (getting stuck at 80%) or getting a spinning Outriders logo. From the lobby, do not select "continue". Instead: Select a starting point and acknowledge, then launch.

@PhukCOD @MZtatikz @Outriders I don't play Outriders...but it's VERY common in multiplayer games that if you can play by yourself but can't match others it's likely due to NAT issues. This is a problem with your router and you should look into port forwarding. Hope it helps. portforward.com/outriders/

@PhukCOD @Outriders As with ALL online/ mmo games if you can’t handle bugs server crashes. Wait a couple weeks. This is not Outriders original story 98.6% of online games launches are riddled with issues.

We are about to do the mother of all turn-it-off-and-on-agains. This will take all servers offline for a short duration. The complete downage will allow us to rebuild and recover server infrastructure in order to bring it back into a healthy and stable state.

For anyone stuck on the "signing in" screen: Many people are eventually able to get through this screen, even if it does mean waiting up to ten minutes. However a full cache clear may help as well. See next tweet for how to do this 👇

On Consoles, a full cache clear is done this way: Please power cycle your console and clear your cache by turning your console off completely (NOT rest mode). Then unplug it for a few minutes (This step is important!). Then try again.
