Der Volksentscheid zur Änderung des Berliner Klimaschutz- und Energiewendegesetzes war nicht erfolgreich. Das zeigt, dass auch die Mehrheit der Berliner:innen sieht, dass die Forderungen nicht umsetzbar gewesen wären – auch nicht, wenn sie in ein Gesetz gegossen sind. (1)
