However, admitting a team went 1/18 from 3 to start and still beat a one seed is a little bit of a tell that the coach is doing a good job. Most teams lost by 20+

I know it's hindsight but it's not really a debate, 8 out of the 12 first picks aren't even starters anymore. Malik is way more physically talented which is 80% of what makes a prospect

Malik was a better route runner, way stronger at the catch point, more fluid, and more versatile as a player in college. Ceedee wasn't half of the player he was today until year 3 of his nfl career
