Let’s discuss my getting a cease-and-desist letter from Kenneth James (LOUD) Koskiniemi regarding his bust in 2014. For the record : I have absolutely no knowledge of what he was distributing or any of his crimes. I have no information about him being an informant or if the fake substances that he sold caused harm to others. Most of the information I have about his case, I learned from the news and from reading the indictment, which is available to us all on the Internet. As a journalist, I reserve my first amendment rights to talk about what I see on the news and what is published by the federal government in regards to indictments and is public information. I recommend that everybody does their own research and comes up with their own conclusions based on the information on the Internet that is available to all of us to review. Personally, I have no respect for people that knowingly sell fake substances to other people. I have no respect for Kenneth James loud Koskiniemi and he knows that. If there are any attorneys or any paralegals reading this and happen to go onto pacer.gov or have any other information about the case, although, I’m sure most of his case is sealed by the court, please send it over to me because now that I’ve gotten this letter, I am now very interested in writing about the facts in his case. And again, I’m not alleging anything, I urge everybody to do their own research and come to their own conclusions.
