Very proud to say I’ve become a national champion powerlifter in the 74kg weight class! 🏆 Hit numbers of 225kg on squat (hit 237.5 but got called for depth) 150kg on bench and 257.5kg on deadlift. With a final total of 632.5kg! @kmlasersfb @CoachJentz @USAPowerlifting @PrepRedzoneWI @MJ_NFLDraft

Congratulations to Liam Rego as he placed 1st in his respective weight classes at the state powerlifting competition last weekend. Liam squatted 485 lbs, benched 341.7 lbs. and deadlifted 562 lbs. Great work Liam!
