@Rodlope28403444@CatanUniverse Yes, we have the same problem. Played the same layout so many times now. After the update (not liked) why can’t i have random map so we have different games?
@CatanUniverse currently when trying to play in the original map “The Game”, we are not allowed to randomize the map so we are forced to always play the same map. Please help with this issue
@sewateruk Where’s our water…….again? Area cut off again in T Wells. Not enough tankers? Pembury not fixed yet…..nearly 3 months relying on tankers. What’s happening this time?
@CatanUniverse The update is not an improvement. I no longer can select the bots identities I want to play with. My wife and I play and I want to choose which bot joins us. I can’t cycle through them
@BBCRadioKent Well done with the report. At last Hinton has confessed it’s nothing to do with just refilling the network. It’s to keep BH reservoir operating as they do more work at Pembury Treatment Plant and it keeps going off-line. Sadly he says it will go on for WEEKS yet!
Tankers being used by a water company to fill a storage tank after recent supply issues have been causing misery for residents "at all hours of the day", they said.

@ThreshedThought Hinton has confessed that tankers are actually needed to keep reservoir full as Pembury Treatment Works is still having work done and keeps going off-line. Work and so use of tankers will go on for weeks yet!
@sewateruk Hi. You need to change the reply ref water tanker use - it’s not for filling pipework. Hinton has confessed today that it’s because you are still doing work at Pembury treatment plant (not back to normal then) and needs to keep reservoir filled as Pembury keeps going off-line!

@sewateruk@Gqak@ThreshedThought The tankers have been ‘topping up’ the Blackhurst reservoir day and night now since Nov 2024. It’s been the wettest 2 months and still don’t have enough supply to keep Blackhurst full? Looks like Pembury treatment still not working. How long before we see the end of the tankers?
@Gqak@ThreshedThought Hi Giles,
The tankers you are seeing at Blackhurst Lane are there to manually top up the reservoir. This is a standard procedure we use to move water around our network to where it is needed most, ensuring we maintain reliable supplies for everyone in the area.
Thanks Tara
@sewateruk And yet you said things were back to normal - they’re not! Our road is blocked day and night by these tankers. When will the system be able to cope with no tankers? Sounds like lack of maintenace on infrastructure to get to this state.
@sewateruk Yes, please answer the question i have been asking for days! Why are there so many tankers in our cul-de-sac topping up Blackhurst Reservoir? You said things are back to normal in TW but we have 8/9 tankers ruining our road every hour! Is it really back to normal?
@sewateruk So basically for nearly 2 months now we’ve had up to 15 tankers at a time waiting their turn to fill the resevoir. Our small road has been ruined and dug up by the wheels, we have fully lit tankers in the road all night. When will this stop? There’s still a problem at Pembury!
@ThreshedThought Hi. As you seem to be able to get answers - I am next to Blackhurst reservoir. If things are ‘back to normal’, why there are 8 water tankers daily filling it. These have only been ‘normal’ since last Nov when Pembury site went down. Are there still problems? Tks
@sewateruk Hello. I live in TW near the Blackhurst reservoir. If things are ‘back to normal’, please tell me why there were/are 8 water tankers filling the reservoir. Tankers have only been ‘normal’ since last November when Pembury site went down. Are there still problems?

@sewateruk@ThreshedThought Hi SE Water - if things are back to normal in Tunbridge Wells, why are there so many tankers filling up Blackhurst Reservoir 24/7 still? Does this mean the Pembury treatment plant is still not fixed?
@SiWheeler78@Ofwat@sewateruk Government is gormless. It’s a private company. Go after the consortium that owns @sewateruk. @natwest is the only domestic one. A monopoly critical resource is being managed into the ground. Make nat west squirm!
And investigations by @Ofwat are one thing, but the entire @sewateruk network seems to be propped up with 26 water tankers, @sewateruk are totally ignoring the calls for CEO to resign by elected MPs, have corporate governance issues all over the place & questioning integrity DWI.
