Seen a lot of Dogs fans down on Lachlan Galvin place in the team I think he’s brilliant, I think he and his management wrongly identified the best club for him At the dogs he is placed in a system that shackles him, he shined at the Tigers because he had freedom

@CBB1934 I maintain that Galvin should have gone to Parra and Tallyn DaSilva to the Dogs rather than the other way around… both players have ended up in a worse spot than where they left!

@Piffster Has to be Osullivan... he has experience and made a difference for us when he came on.... Tracey at 1 is a good player but dogs are holding out to see if they can get Bula Hayward is a lock or 14.... Mahoney had to go but Hayward is not a first grade 9 yet... and its noticeable

Bulldogs genuinely saved us from repeating the luke brooks saga with Galvin

@leichy23 He may one day be a very good player, but he’s nowhere near being a 1st grade halfback at the moment. He should probably still be in NSW Cup or coming off the bench while he develops, but hard to see that happening. Will be interesting to see how long the Dogs remain patient.

It's probably an unpopular opinion, but I still don't rate Galvin. I want to see him do well to justify the club buying him but not seeing anything overly promising yet. Our attack has gone backwards with him #proudtobeabulldog

When we gonna admit that Hayward wasn't, isn't and never will be a 9. Hasn't won a tackle in his career.

Wonder if anyone at the Doggies is rethinking the "we think Galvin will be the best halfback in the game" comments.....

I believe our issues start wit Hayward slow service out of DH. He is in no way a hooker! Our backs have no speed or zip about them. Lack creativity in the halves. Forwards constantly outmuscled. Ironically our right side is now better than our right in both attack and D

I know Dogs fans won’t believe it but they are honestly the most helped team by the refs and the game.

Worth noting that the Bulldogs haven't registered a try from a kick or a kick try assist since Round 19 of last year (July 12), a full 13 games ago. Almost like playing with no halfback is a really dumb idea.

@ReadingThePlay @Tedeschi8181 It’s fucking ridiculous we have executives deciding on rule changes year after year. The refs have a bigger impact on games now with rule interpretations and six agains than in my 40 years of watching the game.

@haammiiid @pauliewalnut @NRL_Bulldogs That might work… but the Dogs don’t have a halfback who can step in and run the team. Honestly - Galvin should have gone to Parra to play alongside Moses. Would have been the perfect situation for him. The Dogs simply didn’t need a player like him. He doesn’t fit.

Everyone wants to just pick on him but not question the fact we have a shit hooker who’s terrible and a fullback that’s not that great either. Burton only decides to play a good 20 mins or so ever blue moon.

@justnictings Those two Galvin unforced errors proved incredibly expensive.

That’s disappointing but the reality check they needed. Came out with very low energy just expecting things to happen. Couple of question marks over some boys on report and some injuries too. Regroup and get ready for the big on next week. #proudtobeabulldog
