To open the Testnet subscription smart contract to technical review and community feedback, Pi has released the second Pi Request for Comment (PiRC2).

Many people cannot change their wallet because they have to re-KYC, but they still can't even though they have tried KYC by sending PI from the exchange.

For safety. So don't try using your pi on those of apps that aren't building on our ecosystem. Risk of losing your pi is high.
