A few weeks ago, I witnessed a foreigner being cruel to his dog. Before I could even ask my husband to hold my things while I go over there, a young girl sprang in to action and verbally laid in to that piece of garbage. She didn't stop until authorities came over. Nobody else did anything. Everyone just pretended it wasn't happening. After, I asked if she was okay and she said "Sorry, I feel crazy..." All I could think to say was that "This world could use more of that kind of 'crazy'". Apathy is a sickness of modern society and needs to stop.

3 romaine hearts, $6.99, 2 hot house tomatoes $4.25, 2L of milk $6.99, a dozen no name eggs $3.99, 4 fist sized chicken breasts $15, etc etc etc. Food prices in Canada are pricing out low income families, single mothers and are forcing families to choose frozen, prepackaged, highly processed, full of preservatives and junk, foods. It's insanity.

By far the most push back against the out of control immigration into Canada that I have seen in person is from persons who immigrated to Canada 20 or more years ago. They are disgusted by the current waves of immigrants coming into Canada so freely and refusing to integrate into society. By association it makes the older immigrants look bad and that is not only unfair, but also unreasonable. However that is another example of the way that unvetted and out of control immigration is not only hurting Canadian families, but also immigrant families who worked for decades to integrate into Canadian society.

We are spending billions of dollars and placating to persons who are not Canadian at the cost of Canadian citizens. Young families in Canada can't get ahead and are going to places that offer the opportunities that Canada used to offer their parents.

This also does not include other foreign persons who are hired outside of the TFWP. It is not a coincidence when you go into a Tim Hortons that every person working there is not a Canadian. It is because the hiring managers only hire their own. They do not want to hire Canadians and Canadian youth because bringing in persons who know Canadian worker rights would sour the work environment that has been created by abusing foreign workers.

Canada does as much trade with India as they do with Mexico, South Korea, Germany and Switzerland per year. Prior to the tariffs with the US, Canada did as much trade with the US in ONE DAY, as it does with India in a year. India is not the country Canada should be focusing on for trade. The RCMP have stated that India interferes in our elections and in our politicians. Why is the Canadian government so focused on trade and dealings with India since Carney got into power? Why does Canada have this focused interest in deals with India? This adds to the cost of living for all Canadians. In a time where things are so expensive for Canadians to function just on a day to day basis, the cost of living is increasing and making it harder for us and our families to function. People like this steal, scam and defraud with a smile on their faces while we have to deal with the consequences of their actions long term. They can go back to their home country with no problem is things get bad, but we Canadians are stuck dealing with the long term problems that people like this cause every single day.

Another example of a "Canadian" company lying to Canadians. Tim Hortons currently has over 80 active listings on the Job Bank for temporary foreign workers. They like the ability to take advantage of foreign workers and make them do things that Canadians would never do, because they know that there are 1000s other foreign persons willing and waiting to take that job if they quit.

Businesses say young people expect too much. Young people say minimum wage jobs no longer cover basic living costs. Then the report admits 62% of businesses hire through personal connections anyway. So Canadians are competing in an employer’s market where: Wages lag inflation, hours are unstable, and even getting hired increasingly depends on who you know.

Another example of a 'Canadian' company lying to Canadians. They are taking advantage of the temporary foreign worker program to get employees who do not know Canadian worker rights. So they can take advantage of them and make them do things that most Canadians would not stand for. They know that if they refuse and get fired there are 1000 other international students or foreign workers waiting and willing to take that job in a heartbeat. In the meantime Canadian youth, looking to get some form of work experience to help out their families, or earn some personal income are out in the cold hoping that they might be able to find a job anywhere. With some areas of Canada having an over 21% youth unemployment rate, these Canadian citizens are struggling to find any job, while places like Tim Hortons are going out of their way to purposely exclude them from working.
