@AstridvanUden I don't think it is the organization it self that is the problem CV or CA, but more the funding model they operate under and the goals of that funding. Get rid of the need for gold and base the funding model on participation and health benefits and we would all be happier.

@Pinkbrunswick Of course there are problems with the organisation. We are a small team with very limited budget, it’s always going to cause issues but we are trying and more importantly want to work with our clubs to move forward. Constructive conversations are more productive than insults.

So when did it become okay to call an organisation and tell them they are a bunch of c*nts with no passion?!
