1) Quick question to oncologists. If you are currently not using a measured GFR( edta) for carbo dosing. and use estimated. If an alternative measured GFR option was available & was as good as edta would you switch?

@PinkieChambers Starter packs will find you lots of people to follow. There is also a chrome browser adding (desktop) that will search your twitter for possible matches. I have gained 170 followers in 2 days. Not quite my 1000 on here. But I think half of them may be OF ladies ;-)

@PinkieChambers You might. But we know 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒 haem toxicity with Lonsurf™ correlates w' response rate. Grouping 60-90 might mean you only need to reduce 60-75 & disadvantage some. But SmPC thinks dose reduction not needed till 30ml/min. @mrianpurcell data says 2` proph improves outcome
