@Halfords_uk I’ve just been speaking to someone called Prabjhot on your online chat who said am incredibly sorry for the unacceptable service you received at our Stourbridge garage, and I am deeply concerned to hear about the damage to your vehicle and the frustrating lack of support etc
@Halfords_uk Please see numerous DMs I have sent. I have been waiting one month for a reply regarding complaint about a poor MOT service received at your Stourbridge mot garage, plus a PCN I received when your staff parked my car without my knowledge on a private car park.
@Halfords_uk I’ve also sent a complaint, which I would be grateful for you to look into? All the details on DM. I’ve had no response from your team at all . However, there is someone on Twitter calling themselves Chris posing as Halfords member of staff replying to complaints using your logo.

50 years ago, French highwire artist Philippe Petit successfully crossed between the Twin Towers, 1,350 feet in the air with no net. Petit performed for 45 minutes, back and forth across the wire eight times as crowds watched below.
