@RbACorp @Forbes Oh and not one actual phone call from the sales person we dealt with or the elusive sales manager everyone mentions. It was 27 degrees here when this last set of windows was installed which made for a very cold house.

@RbACorp @Forbes Now we have another visit for window inspection, another day for scaffolding install, another installation day and post installation scaffolding demo. It is inconvenient and infuriating. More windows needed but at this rate the entire delivery next time will be crap.

@RbACorp @Forbes I recently had our second set of windows installed by Anderson. The first set we purchased was 10 windows. Of the 10 one was damaged and had to be replaced. Not ideal but ok. Second set of 6windows and one French doors had incorrectly manufactured the doors and 4 of the windows.

@RbACorp @Forbes We have had someone out to look at the damaged windows and just received a call that the person needs to come out yet again. We have spent $100,000 k on windows and naturally expected the quality to improve, not get worse. I am actually quite furious.
