@PippaJRobson Hi again Pippa. Cottingham Station is unstaffed, there are no Northern staff on site to open and close the waiting room. We have tenants on the station with the café, who have kindly agreed to open and close ^AH

.@northernassist 8.11 from Cottingham to Hull cancelled, it would be great if the waiting room that you spent ages refurbishing was open so I could get out of the cold and wait until the next train, any plans to open it this winter?

@northernassist It doesn't say it's cancelled but all the later ones are, and app is saying it's already been and gone. Lot of confused people in platform and no information.

@lastminute_com booked flights for me and my two children, I made booking and am oldest in group, my payment card and my email address. Check-in reminder addressed to... my 16 year old son. Could it be because he's only male in group? It's bizarre and outdated.
