Fine w/Jared Triolo starting at SS & Nick Gonzales at third for a couple, few weeks. Hopefully, plan is to recall Konnor Griffin at that point. If Griffin initially struggles at Triple-A (which wouldn't be a shock), though, that puts a damper on things. Then Bucs are in trouble

I’m fine with it. I love having 2 opening days: one on the road and then the Home Opener.
If the team starts off great on the road, it builds anticipation for the Home Opener.
If it starts poorly, it gives the opportunity for a “reset”

#OTD in #SteelersHistory 1983 the sport pages revealed #Steelers Terry Bradshaw under an assumed name had surgery on his throwing arm. It meant the end of his distinguished #NFL career although he would play one more time relieving Cliff Stoudt against the Jets and throw 2 TDs.

Look, this is a wild Brown statement. But in essence, this is a momentous season for Davis. It has to happen this year or he’s probably not for long on this club.
