@katrinbretscher I hear you and I feel a need to expand a bit on this. When a team is fully remote and doesn't have that f2f human connection, the digital tools that we have don't necessarily do a very good job.

Would you (your team/org) be willing to pay for an add-on to your existing communication tools (eg. #Slack) that allows you to: -Increase trust & psychological safety in the #team -Keep continuous improvements in the daily conversation -Share your feelings more easily and often
