No words can explain how empty and lost I am right now. My husband, best friend, soul mate, my entire world passed away in his sleep this morning. All I can say is that I am surrounded by family and friends, and I am safe.

This happened to me too, and it’s honestly sad. You give people nothing but pure loyalty, defend them, support them, and wish the best for them… only for them to turn around and show you exactly why you should’ve kept your guard up. That kind of disappointment hits different when your heart was genuine the whole time.
