#TheSimeone 1950 Allard J2 Our 1950 Allard J2 raced at Watkins Glen in 1951 and 1952 and still retains its original 331 Cadillac V8. It represents the Anglo American formula that made Allard a postwar force, combining lightweight British construction with American power.

Cars like this also connect to Carroll Shelby’s early career, before the Cobra years, when he raced Cadillac powered Allards.

Very likely fewer than 10 of these exist, with a galvanically treated dial whose tones range from green to violet and blue.
