1955 LaSalle II Roadster 🇺🇸 American luxury cars built by GMs Cadillac division from 1927 to 1940. In 1955, two Motorama concept cars, the LaSalle II four-door hardtop and Roadster were shown to the public but never placed into production. Powered by a 2.5 Liter V-6 of 150 hp.😎

The Duane Wreck Dive 🤿 USS Duane lies on a sandy bottom in 120 feet of water, 1 mile south of Molasses Reef off Key Largo. The deck is at 90 feet. The intact warship dive was part of my advanced scuba certification dive completed in 1989. youtu.be/dSCiNlv_wdM?si… via @YouTube

1963 Chevrolet Corvair 🇺🇸 GM’s answer to VW, an air-cooled, rear-engine car with four-wheel independent suspension. Powered by a 80 hp 2.4-liter flat-six of and four-speed or Powerglide. The bad design of its rear swing axle caused unsafe handling. Drove one 18 hrs to Altanta.☕️

@HenryRoetersIII @FrankBr05713205 Henry, I was delivering a 1963 Corvair to a client in Atlanta from NYC. In Decatur, I missed a road sign and hit a pothole at 65 mph. Drove it to a Chevy dealer and told them the car had a defect. They examined the front suspension and realigned it. I was damn lucky. Vic

1956 Lancia Aurelia was built by Lancia, from 1950 to 1958 in six series. The beautiful 2-door spider convertible (B24) was built from 1956 to1958 with one of the first V6 production engines. The 2.5 L tipo B20/B24 V6 produced 110 hp (82kW)

1975 De Tomaso Pantera A mid-engine sports car produced from 1971 to 1992. The "Panther" was a popular model, over 7,000 built over 20 years. More than 3/4 were sold by American Lincoln-Mercury dealers from 1972 to 1975, combining Italian styling with American V8 power.

1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda🇺🇸 The 3rd gen was based on an E-body from 1970 to 1974 and available in hardtop and convertible body styles. The 440 cid (7.2L) V8 w/triple 2-barrel carbs (six pack) had 390 hp (290 kW) and 426 cu in (7.0 L) Hemi V8 425 hp (317 kW) 1/4 mile 13.1 sec @ 107 mph.
