The Yankees organization was proud to make a donation of $250,000 to the @PitCChInFdn in recognition of CC’s Hall of Fame induction 💙 @CC_Sabathia and @AmberSabathia founded the PitCCH In Foundation in 2008 to give back to the communities that gave them so much. CC’s mother, Margie Sabathia-Lanier, played a key role in launching the foundation that features three signature programs designed to equip young people with tools for success both in school and on the field: the All-Star Baseball Clinic, Youth Backpack Program, and Field Renovations.
