PE would like to congratulate Logan Lucca as our March Player Spotlight of the Month. Logan’s effort to prepare for the upcoming season has not gone unnoticed. Logan worked hard to perfect his swing and pitching motion, while also spending extra time with his Muckdogs team at PE

First time outside this year, really enjoying the warm weather. Big thanks to everyone who came out to Waters Field to help Jake, Quinn, and Eric as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Grip strength is crucial to performance and maintaining arm health for both pitchers and position players. A great, simple way to strengthen your forearm is doing newspaper crumples. Take a single sheet of newspaper in one hand and crush it into a ball without rotating your arm.
