Additionally, routes 88 and 91 are blocked at Penn and 29th Street due to a water main break. If travel isn't absolutely necessary, please stay home. If that's not possible, we encourage you to call Customer Service (412-442-2000) to see if your bus is serving your bus stop, and to use TrueTime or a 3rd party app to track your trip. All ACCESS paratransit service is canceled today. Tomorrow, ACCESS will make every effort to operate, however, riders with scheduled trips and medical providers have been advised to expect delays, particularly in the morning. Customer service representatives are available by phone to assist riders with questions and service information. They can be reached at 412-442-2000. The Downtown Service Center is closed on weekends, but is currently scheduled to be open on Monday.
