Thank you for your patience as we addressed the Log4j security flaw in regard to Tracker. While Tracker was not directly affected, we have still taken the opportunity to upgrade to Solr 7.7.3 which contains a fix. Please email us at support@pivotaltracker.com with any questions.

We are aware of Apache Log4J CVE-2021-44228. While the vulnerability doesn't affect Tracker directly, we are working on a config update based on Solr community suggestions to mitigate potential issues. Please email support@pivotaltracker.com with any questions.

I'm happy to report that a recent release should correct a problem with state change buttons in Tracker. You will need to reload any projects you've had open since before the release. Thank you for your patience while we addressed the issue.

@pivotaltracker That’s too bad. Doesn’t achieve the same thing — which is that I want to permit my domain to access tracker via SSO without making manual invites for each. Made good use of this on a previous project.

Why does @pivotaltracker perform so poorly in Safari? It takes forever to open or close a story. Seems like it's just gotten progressively worse.

@Mr_Jeje_ Apologies for any confusion. The filter accepts any argument that the Tracker UI search does, so the %20 is simply a space between 'state:started' and 'label:label_name'. I hope this helps clarify.

Hey @pivotaltracker I was wondering, can we do multiple filter with your API ? Like for exemple I want all stories with some states AND labels ? So I tried like, filter=state:... but can't in the same filter use labels: or something else, it look like one at a time.. Any idea ?
