PixelWarz is a free-to-play, community-focused game inspired by Reddit's pixel war, but set on a world map! For the Alpha launch, we chose to feature Edinburgh with a Halloween theme. There are quests and rewards for participants, so join us now! See the thread below ⬇️ 1/ Credits To place tiles on the world map, you'll need credits. These are distributed for free at a rate of 100 per day and 200 for players at the start. You can also complete quests to earn credits (among other rewards). Placing a tile on an empty space costs 1 credit, while placing it on an already occupied space costs 10 credits. 2/ Events PixelWarz hosts regular events, introducing new territories each month, each with its own theme. For the Alpha launch of PixelWarz, we're featuring Edinburgh with a Halloween theme, which will last for one month. Players can earn rewards during these events by: - Creating pixel art that aligns with the event's theme (a jury will choose the most impressive one). - Placing the highest number of tiles on the newly launched territory. - Successfully completing fun event quests shared via the Discord platform (at a rate of 3 per week). 3/ Rewards At the start of each event, the available rewards are announced to the players. These rewards mainly include utility and artistic NFTs, credits, and cash prizes (ranging from $15 to $50 for this alpha). - The artistic NFTs are part of a collection and hold value beyond PixelWarz. They are categorized into three distinct rarities, making them more challenging to obtain and thus more valuable. - The utility NFTs are part of another collection and provide players with specific advantages when "burned" during an event. These utility NFTs enhance the player's in-game experience.
