Struggled a lot as a preclinical student lmao. I was constantly getting 49s and 48s. My grades picked up in clinicals after I realised that if I could pass MB1, then I certainly wasn't dumb. I now safely sit on 60s and sometimes, even 70s.
If you're a preclinical student and medical school is currently overwhelming, hang in there. It really does get better with time.

@creative__ui Client asked me if i do movie poster, i said yes without having any in my portfolio 😭. For the fear of not loosing the client cause i dont have work examples to present in charged 35k. I was pained when i knew it was a cinema movie poster 😭😂.
