@PixeliusVita I see so shadow casting needed to be disable, ok got it. But yeah, realtime lighting is not required with this art style and yields better performance. Anyhow, I let Unity AI fix the shader anyway, now it handles shadows and still looks great, I did sent it to you this morning.

Hey Rubén! Thank you so much for catching this and digging into the root cause. You are 100% right—the texture formatting bug on Unity 6.4 (Mac) slipped through my initial testing. 🙏 I am jumping onto Blender/Unity right now to re-convert and fix all the texture files properly. I will submit a hotfix update to the Asset Store within the next few hours. Really appreciate your patience and for pointing this out to help improve the pack! To be honest, I'm no lookdev expert and Unity's default Directional Light completely beat me too—it literally makes me cry with those dirty shadow artifacts. 😭 That’s exactly why I built this custom shader to fake everything! As you can see in the video, turning off Unity’s default shadows and using the shader's built-in fake shadows/blob shadows gives a much better, cleaner look. I might look into a proper fix for Unity's default lights in the future, but for now, try adjusting the shadow color and intensity sliders directly in the material inspector—it should fix those glitches right away! 🛠️🎨

@PixeliusVita I just installed your Mega Pack into a new Unity project and only a small part of characters have clothing, is this expected? In the AssetStore preview images it is not that way. Also the room assets from DemoEnv01 have graphical glitches (See video). Unity 6.4 on a mac.
