We use the immutability of blockchain to record the things that need to be recorded. We use the artifact to create a generalized, encrypted, decentralized storage and retrieval - and we create a few simple, compliant applications which sit on top and do some of the hoop jumping.

$PHL is pivoting. VPS and Cloud computing is still on our radar, however Artifacts have many uses. One such use, which we have begun to focus on is KYC and Contract Validation (also, Secure Document Storage and Retrieval)
