In dit geval heb je geen experts nodig om te zien dat dit deelonderzoek biased is. Zoals ik aangaf, vind ik deze houding schadelijk voor de legitimiteit van de wetenschap en NWO

Quota voor ‘geracialiseerde’ wetenschappers zijn onwenselijk. Het bevorderen van kansengelijkheid is belangrijk, maar de toenemende fixatie op huidskleur draagt niet bij aan de gelijkwaardigheid van mensen. Mijn opiniestuk vandaag in de @volkskrant: volkskrant.nl/a-b45dd404

@ArnoldLubbers1 @esme_bosma @NWONieuws Expertise is geen opzichzelfstaand argument. Het mobiliseren van wetenschappelijke legitimiteit door te verwijzen naar technocratische procedures, schaadt mijns inziens de wetenschap. Je hebt toch geen expert of procedure nodig om in te zien dat dit startpunt bevooroordeeld is?

NWO wil nu verplichte quota voor “geracialiseerd academisch personeel” oftewel ‘mensen van kleur’ en onderzoekt hoe de weerstand hiertegen weg genomen kan worden tbv “grootschalige implementatie”. Blijkbaar al overgewaaid vanuit US/Canada. Wanneer stopt deze waanzin? @NWONieuws
