School is canceled. Gravel roads are snowy, wet & a mess. So yes, I am that Mom who takes her 14 year old on his learners permit to drive for 30 minutes on crappy roads ☺️ His response when we got done - wasn't too bad... spoken like a true teenager who already knows everything..

🐷 Happy National Pig Day! 🐷 Did you know that one-third of all pigs in the U.S. are raised right here in Iowa? Our state leads the way in pork production, thanks to dedicated farm families (like ours!) and plenty of homegrown corn and soybeans to feed them.

@Michael26369598 Sorry that was your experience. While yes, you will smell manure when it's being applied as a fertilizer. Most of the year the manure is stored and barns have ventilation systems that help control the odor.
