Your players should be desperate to come back to training. Your football knowledge means nothing if they don’t enjoy it. Personality first, knowledge second.

DON’T limit touches! It‘s the most counter productive thing you can do. It’s not realistic to the game and it affects good decision making.

Kids must be comfortable on the ball individually before they can learn to share it

An overlooked rule in kids football: The more game time you give to your weaker players the better they will become. If you prevent them from playing you're actually making them worse.
