A Spanish High Court ruled that authorities failed to prove she was a tax resident in Spain in 2011, ordering the government to return more than €60 million ($70+ million) to the singer, including interest. The court found Shakira spent only 163 days in Spain that year, below the 183-day threshold required for tax residency. This ruling overturns fines and penalties tied to the 2011 case after an 8-year legal fight. Para los que no tienen contexto en México se esta peleando una zona de casi 80 hectareas de manglar para que Royal Caribbean NO construya un parque turístico, y no solo por ocupar el espacio es por la destrucción de la fauna, flora y arrecifes que ahi se encuentran.
