What do you do when you are about to join a new trust and you -follow their curriculum (bland) -change the timetable -change meeting schedules -change branding -change parents evenings -enforce weekly tracking meetings -tell parents -adapt staff dress code -do not change behaviour policy, no support systems in place And then the big multi academy trust back out of taking you over. Blood sweat and tears to get to where we are. Staff morale has taken a hit. What would you do?

Australia here we come. I am going to still make some content whilst in Aus but it's all very exciting!!!

9 days left in the UK. Haven't decided on if Planet PE continues but thanks to everyone who has watched the videos or bought the app.

@zeph_bennett We used to focus on all feedback being used to close gaps. Tick and fick is pointless, so what we do in our practical sessions and focus on improvement

Marking does not help students make progress or improve outcomes. Feedback does! We have got to stop using the term 'marking'. This should only be for exams, or assessments.
