Pleased to have secured planning permission for a dual use application for Zion Community Art Space to use additional residential space in the building for much needed office and event space. This will enable the organisation to use more of the space for the community events.

Even if planning permission isn’t needed for your project, other consents may be required under other regimes. It’s your responsibility to ensure that any necessary permissions, consents and permits (outside of planning) are in place when required.

After a huge community effort, Jules and the Friends of Jubilee Pool secured control of Jubilee Pool in Knowle through a Community Asset Transfer on the 30th September. They are now the first community organisation to take on a leisure facility in Bristol!
