Plano's monthly Outdoor Warning Siren Test has been CANCELLED! 🚨🚫 With overcast skies moving in, this month’s outdoor warning siren test is canceled. No wails this time around, Plano. We’ll try again next month when the sky hopefully cooperates. 🌥️
