Apple Travel of Maidenhead has recently taken delivery of this Plaxton Leopard, built on Volvo B8R chassis to PSVAR specification including LED destinations and a side-mounted wheelchair lift. The high-capacity coach was handed over by @MTaylorADL and registered on a 74 plate.

Thornes Independent of Selby has added two new Plaxton Leopard coaches to its fleet. They're built to the Leopard’s shorter, 12.2m length and have two different seating configurations, seating 53 and 70 passengers respectively, and both meet PSVAR.

A brand-new Panther has joined ten other Plaxton vehicles in the N.N. Cresswell Coach Hire fleet. It is fitted with 57 seats, centre sunken toilet and servery. A wheelchair lift and destination displays can be fitted at a later date without a need for body modifications.

We've already taken significant orders for 2024 delivery both for the Plaxton Leopard, which is particularly well-suited to school and contract services and hires, and our versatile Plaxton Panther.

Other Plaxton coach models will be built to order subject to demand, continuing our long-established practice at our Scarborough factory, which has a flexible set-up that allows lines to be switched between bus and coach production.

We'll build a substantial number of Plaxton coaches in 2024, focusing on PSVAR-compliant Plaxton Leopard coaches for our stock output. Built on the fuel-efficient @VolvoBusUK B8R chassis, there'll be a choice of I-Shift and automatic transmissions.
