I tried to cancel the Minecraft Education subscription, but when I try to log in with the account that was originally registered, it says that the account does not exist. I cannot reach human support on the website, and I also cannot submit an inquiry through the form because logging in is required. However, invoices continue to be sent to me. Please support me with resolving this issue. I am not a classroom user. I am on the organization’s admin side as the contract owner.
