We recently resolved an issue with refunding Crucible in-game purchases. You should now be able to request refunds from Steam for all Crucible purchases. Here’s how you can request a refund from Steam Support: support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php… Let us know if you experience any issues.

@Rar_Toto Hi, we've done some additional work with Steam today and this should be cleared up.

@PlayCrucible I contacted your people with live chat but unfortunately i played crucible on steam so i need to go to steam suport to help me refund the dlc and the coins and that is what they said . I am still waiting for a response
