Thanks to free loans 🤝, supportive managers, and an incredible community 🌍, the project has existed, grown, and endured over time. As new personal and professional projects are taking more and more of my time, I can no longer give MFC Charity the attention it deserves. Today, I’m looking for the person who will write the next chapter of MFC Charity A manager capable of building a team from almost nothing , activating their network 📞, carrying the club’s spirit , and turning trust into results on the pitch 🏆. Relegated to Iron this season, but far from defeated. A cup semi-final and 23,100 $MFL generated this year — a record — (64k $MFL in total)… and above all, an important milestone reached for the project in @playMFL . 3 tiers climbed since our Spark beginnings in @playMFL ⬆️ We’re entering Season 6 of MFC Charity, now in Iron — the club’s biggest challenge so far. Competing in Iron demands real quality, and building something complete gets harder every season. We’re clearly hitting a glass ceiling in this division, especially with a free-loan-only system. Squad stands at 20 players. Still missing a CDM/CM and a pure striker to be fully ready. Big moment this year: our first Lego @CalvinatorMr loans us an 89-rated CAM, final season before retirement. No doubt he’ll make the difference when it matters most. 🔥⚽️ #MFL #playmfl

Imagine this graph in 4 seasons and beyond: retirements by the thousands – even tens of thousands. More and more every season. The supply will naturally shrink, and people will then start asking for more packs in the drops 😉 A huge number of managers have between one third and more than half of their players aged 28+. Everyone will want to renew their HQ at the same time, creating congestion and inevitably pushing prices back up 🔥 So: patience, anticipation, and prepare for the long term 😉

But the balance is pivotal. Last pack drop I sensed it was right again
