@DuckStep43 Are you talking about the Book of Death achievement? I believe you just have to complete the final boss again by hitting continue mission, you shouldn't have to restart or delete save.

@PlayNeonWhite So, because I did the secret Book of Life ending before doing the Book of Death ending, I have to play the whole campaign again just to access the option... Whyyyyyyy?! I just wanna get all the achievements, but now I gotta restart AND delete my current save?! Ughh

This means we’ve fixed the save data wipe issue on PS4/PS5. Unfortunately, progress previously lost due to the save issue is not recoverable.
