Why do people (broke men) Get upset and tell me that my price is too high when I tell them my customs are 100 USD a minute? If I make a five minute video on my OF and I price it at $10, I only need to sell it 100 times to make $1000, and realistically I’ll probably make even more off that video… because I can continue to sell that video to anyone for as long as I want, for years on end even!! But If I make a custom video for one person, I can sell it ONCE, therefore it’s going to cost a lot more money because I’m putting in the same amount of work and effort so I’m expecting a larger sum of money, it’s not a confusing concept. Why would I put time and energy into a video that I can only sell once if it’s not gonna make me at least close to the same amount of money with the same amount of time and energy on a video that I can sell hundreds of times… For example I have a single 17 minute video that has made me over $3500 in sales because I can sell it to multiple people and I have over the course of like a year and a half, if I did a 17 minute custom and charged $1700 I would be making 50% of what I made off of that SINGLE video, and I still sell that video to this day and I will continue to sell it and make more off of it in the future… 100$ a minute for a piece of customized content that can only ever be sold once from a 10 times award nominated content creator is not overpriced. It’s fairly priced if you can’t afford it or you don’t want to pay that much that’s OK!! But don’t fucking tell me that what I’m asking for isn’t fair. Because statistically my customs make me less money even at $100 a minute as they are a ONE TIME SALE then basically anything else that I have filmed. Thank you for reading!!
