Hey everyone, sign up to @VOXI_UK with a referral link and get up to £40. Except they may send you £10, after 3 months not 2; and say its not their fault. SMH, thanks.

Really sad to see some Arsenal fans trying to promote their Ozil agenda using the fact that Arsenal are standing up for a different human rights issue. Yes the whole world needs to stand up for Muslims in China, but abusing Arsenal for supporting Nigeria is disgusting.

People told to self-isolate from coronavirus stopped from claiming £500 grant by flaw in NHS contact tracing app A button to allow those to claim the cash was never added to the app, sources have told Sky News news.sky.com/story/coronavi…

@RogerHelmerMEP It has to be that way as the app doesnt hold personally identifiable information, they would have no way to fine people ignoring the advice. 2 systems trying to do the same job with different approaches.

Interesting. It seems that if you’re told by a test-&-trace wallah to self-isolate, that’s mandatory & you’re liable to a £10,000 fine. But if you’re told the same thing by the NHS C19 app, that’s merely advisory, and you’re not liable to a fine. telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/10/2…

@StephenDrew72 Scotland have their own Covid app so guess you would need that for their QR codes. Also the app is not Serco, it is an open sourced project under NHSX. Serco only run the Track and Trace services, badly at that.

The Serco (NHS) Track and Trace App does not recognise the QR code on the table I am sat at in the Scottish service station I am having breakfast in. Apparently it can only do English or Welsh QR codes. I hope this me failing to understand the app and not another Serco failure.

@dansga45 Only 6 out of 20 million? The app does not rely on self diagnosis, it allows people to enter their symptoms and that is only 1 part of it as well as entering test results, checking other nearby devices etc. Got any source for that false positive rate? Cheers

@iGuyC @damocrat That's correct, the API doesnt measure the significance though, just tells you if you have been near someone that has it. The app works out how significant it is measuring the time spent and distance etc. The app was updated recently to try and reduce worry about the APIs warning

@damocrat If that’s correct then the API is deeming it to be significant but the app is deeming it to be insignificant. But if that’s the case, what are the parameters it is using to ascertain that?

@PaulmichaelODo1 Why would they need an app to spy on you if you have a smartphone with you anyway? Why would they opensource the app so people could see their "spy" code? Makes no sense.

@tsh2 @NHSCOVID19app Your guess is spot on, its actually a notification from the Google/Apple API, that is saying you were near someone, could have just been in passing. The app runs its own algorithm using time/distance etc & if your a "hit" you will get a timer telling you how long to isolate for.

@Player2hasente2 @pukka60000 @PPEMedpro @GNev2 @MarcusRashford Various people have mentioned Serco, check! I never mentioned the app, I simply said that track and trace didn’t cost £10bn and showed evidence of the cost of the app, as that has often been misquoted. You claimed £10bn had been spent - back it up!

@Player2hasente2 @pukka60000 @PPEMedpro @GNev2 @MarcusRashford I’m spinning nothing, look back my position has been clear and you now trying to reverse it is a pretty pathetic attempt. The claim was made that track and trace had cost £10bn - you supported that - now back it up! Stop with the spin, let’s see your evidence!

@Player2hasente2 @pukka60000 @PPEMedpro @GNev2 @MarcusRashford Simple, because that’s what was claimed including that it all went to serco in previous messages. I said track and trace hadn’t cost £10bn - and I’m right, which has been clearly proved. You’ve said, along with Anthony that £10bn has been spent - now prove it!

@Player2hasente2 @pukka60000 @PPEMedpro @GNev2 @MarcusRashford No, £35m was the track and trace, which is what was claimed to have cost £10bn. That’s very clear, read the tweets - the £10bn budget is for the whole covid process of test, process, track, trace, enable, etc etc! It’s not me that claimed £10bn had been spent - now defend it
