Thank you all for being so supportive. After so many years shooting nude I did get bored. Art nudes and b&w nudes have sparked my creativity again. I'd like to try shooting other models next year. Shooting myself is enjoyable though because I know exactly what I want to create.

@PlaymateHeather You can go to extremes /with impossible schemes / you can laugh when your dreams /fall apart at the seams. (from YOUNG AT HEART) Don't overdo the vegan diet (or any diet)

I decided to try a vegan diet a couple of weeks ago. It's actually a lot easier than I thought. This is one of my favorite snacks: coconut yogurt w dark chocolate granola and berries. I feel amazing every day and I have a lot of energy again. 🙂 Send me your vegan recipe links!

Yoga was better than expected! I was the only one in class so the teacher worked on my posture in each pose. I'm feeling very grateful for such special attention. I appreciated it.

I am so happy! My favorite yoga teacher is doing a class today! I get to start the new year with a great workout and my favorite, an hour of yoga to stretch afterwards. I hope you remember to smile as you conquer your goals this year! 😀
