@PlaytexBaby I've been having a lot of trouble with the Playtex Diaper Genie Complete Diaper Pail, barely holds any diapers and constantly jams. I had the Playtex Diaper Genie Elite Diaper Disposal Pail prior to the complete and loved it. Will those ever come back??

@PlaytexBaby im extremely upset with your product. I bought ventaire bottles for my newborn and i go to give her a bottle and the nipple has no hole! Cue screaming baby.. Upset stressed new mom..UNACCEPTABLE. So expensive and it doesn't work!!

@PlaytexBaby All Diaper Genie refills from this 3-pack split down the side during use. Looks like weak plastic around the lip would fold over, forming a sharp crease that slices the liner as it passes over.

RIP to my @PlaytexBaby diaper genie. Stepped on the pedal to throw away a diaper and made a noise that wasn’t good. Now the lid won’t close 😫 we had a good run. Guess the new baby wanted her own new stuff 😂
